May 2021 - First Giving

Street Outreach provides outreach services to runaway, homeless, and street youth and their families to promote safety and connection. The grant permitted Street Outreach to open a drop-in center on Saturdays for at-risk individuals between the ages of 16-24.

This all-volunteer group was organized to address food insecurity in children in the Stow-Munroe Falls area.

Forget-Me-Not Baskets, based in Wooster, provides items of comfort, peace and remembrance to families who have experienced loss during pregnancy, birth or soon after.

September 2021 - Second Giving

Rape Crisis Center works to end sexual violence through education, advocacy, support, and empowerment for all those affected by the crime. The grant assisted with RCC Advocate staffing of the CARE center at Akron Children’s so that co-survivors have the tools they need to support victim healing.

A Kid Again’s mission is to foster hope, happiness and community through ongoing cost-free activities known as “Adventures,” for an entire family that has a child facing a life-threatening illness.

Char-ity provides and delivers donated household furniture and goods for emancipated young adults and their children as they age out of the foster care system and begin independent living.

December 2021 - Tangible Giving

Our annual Tangible Giving Event provides a selected charity with not a monetary gift, but instead, everyday items that the people they serve can actually touch. Ironically, the most touching part of the event is seeing the generosity of our members.

Our selected charitable partner in December 2021 was CHC Addiction Services, an agent of hope and healing for women and their children as they work through addiction recovery.
